儿童烧伤科可分为表浅烧伤、表浅部分全层烧伤、深层部分及全层烧伤。

表浅烧伤一般导致红肿热痛、烧伤表面干燥、压之褪色,且 3-6 天即可自行愈合,而表浅部分全层烧伤还会出现水疱,需 1-3 周时间愈合。深层部分全层烧伤及全层烧伤则不同于表层烧伤,其皮肤颜色多样、压之不褪色,由于可能累及神经而有压感、无痛感,愈合时间更长,尤其超过 2% 的全层烧伤甚至需要进行皮肤移植。

在儿童烧伤中还存在一些高危因素,比如烧伤面积超过 10%、手足烧伤、会阴部烧伤、关节烧伤等,可能加重病情,与之相反,即为低危因素。

儿童烧伤应该如何治疗?主要包括以下 4 方面:清除表面覆盖物、降温、清创和覆盖敷料。还有补液、止痛、预防低体温等对症治疗手段。

而理想的烧伤敷料应该具备哪些条件?在各种各样辅料中,又该如何选择合适的敷料?对于烧伤,抗生素是否必需?蜂蜜有哪些奇特的功效?
